Problem
In 2021, the user could not get a reference or account statement in the mobile application. He needed to go to the bank branch and there through the manager he could get the documents.
Hypothesis
In the Products section, where the main functions are located: My accounts, Loans and Deposits, add a block with statements and references so that the user can immediately notice the functionality he needs and perform the operation.
Decision
Develop functionality to generate a statement or reference for a certain period
in the mobile application and the ability to save or distribute this reference.
By immediately showing the user the filled-in fields that users choose most often: the main account for paying for services, the period for the current month, Ukrainian by default and the most common help format in PDF. So that the user can immediately create a reference with one click.
Results
• 56% of users who previously made a statement only in the branch, started ordering through the mobile application;
• 48% of users who created a certificate online saved it on their phone, 12% immediately sent it to someone.
